Girl Power is back – the Spice Girls are reportedly set to tour the UK and US this year!
All five of the Spiceys – including the previously reticent Victoria Beckham – are to hit the road later this year for the tour, according to TMZ.com .
Mel B, Victoria Beckham, Geri Halliwell, Emma Bunton and Mel C are expected to be managed by their old manager, Simon Fuller, who's said to have jumped back on board out of love for the girls.
According to the report, the ladies will be hitting the UK first before taking the fun Stateside.
However, at this stage there are apparently no plans to record new music or to take on a Las Vegas residency.
They last performed together at the closing ceremony of the 2012 Olympics, and got fans very excited when they all turned up at Geri Horner's house last week for a meeting with Simon.
And earlier today, VB revealed that the Hollywood sex abuse scandal in part contributed to her change of heart.
"The Time's Up and #MeToo movements have shone a light on how powerful we can be when we work together to bring about change," she said.
"That is incredibly inspiring. My career has always focused on empowering and celebrating women, so the momentum that these movements brought only makes me even more determined and passionate in my beliefs."
The girls also confirmed their plans to cook up something exciting after the meeting.
A statement was released by Jo Milloy on behalf of the group read: "We have enjoyed a wonderful afternoon catching-up and reminiscing about the amazing times we spent together.
"We are always overwhelmed at how much interest there is across the whole world for The Spice Girls."
A version of this story has previously appeared in The Mirror.
