Urgent appeal to find man who went missing near Cambridge Station

A police appeal has been launched to find a man who went missing in Cambridge last night (April 15).

The man, 60-year-old Colin Campbell-Leitch, was last seen around 7.30pm in Brooklands Avenue.

Colin is described as white, approximately 56” and of large build. He has a shaved head and greying hair and beard.

He was last seen wearing blue jeans with large turn-ups, a grey-green jumper, light green Parka jacket with a fur trim.

Colin Campbell-Leitch was last seen in Brooklands Avenue last night (April 15).

He has a Scottish accent.

A police spokeswoman said: "We are growing increasingly concerned for Colins welfare and urge anyone who has seen him to contact police in the first instance."

Brooklands Avenue borders on to Cambridge University Botanic Garden and is a ten minute walk from Cambridge Station

Anyone who thinks they may have seen Colin or knows where he is should contact police immediately on 101 quoting incident 152, of 16 April.
