A man and woman were taken to hospital last night after a car lost control and crashed into a shop window in Edgware Road.
One of them was treated for chest and leg injuries following the collision which was not treated as being terror related.
Police were called at around 6pm yesterday evening when a Ford Focus crashed into the shop, becoming wedged in the doorway.
The car smashed through the windows of the food shop as people panicked to get out of the car’s way.
Pictures show the man and woman lying on the ground as they are treated by paramedics.
