A man who has gone missing from his home in Cambridge has sparked a police appeal for help from the public.

Robert McGachen went missing from his home in Netherhall Way at about 11am this morning (Saturday, February 24) and has not been seen since.

The 56-year-old is described as white, 6’ 5” tall, average build, clean shaven, with a shaved head and wears glasses.

He was last seen wearing a black Puffa style jacket with a red poppy on the arm, and a khaki Help for Heroes jumper.

He left in his metallic turquoise Citroen Picasso and could still be with that vehicle now.

Police are growing increasingly concerned for Robert’s welfare due to his current state of mind.

Anyone who has seen him, or may know where he is, are asked to contact police immediately by calling 101.
