Move over, Tesco – Costa has launched a new lunchtime meal deal, but it's not the money being saved that has caught people's attention.
The coffee chain announced the £4.95 offer with adverts both in store and online.
But before customers could get excited about the prospect of munching on a toastie, hot drink and snack, they spotted one glaring error.
Can you see what's wrong with the picture? Or perhaps it looks entirely normal to you.
The picture sparked a huge online debate about the acceptable way to open a packet of crisps.
One Reddit user branded the company "savages" for opening the packet from the bottom, adding: "This gives me a distinct feeling of unease that will eat away at me all day."
Another noted: "They have done this all for the purpose of advertising, opening the bag that way so we can see the 'Tyrrells' logo from the correct angle.
"What they do not realise is the disgust they have placed upon themselves by pandering to the advertising executive overseeing the photo shoot.
"Shame on them and their house!"
One joked: "I feel like I've just looked at an 'upbag' photo."
However, many Reddit users argued that opening the snack upside down was actually the RIGHT thing to do – because the flavour collects at the bottom.
One wrote: "… theyve just woke up about how the upside down end is where the flavour shifts to so you should eat those first."
Another added: "I actually open chip bags like that most of the time, at least if they're flavoured."
Which way is the right way? Tell us in the comments below.
The new Costa lunchtime meal deal is available from 11am to 2pm in participating stores until May 2.
Options include a cheese and ham or cheese and onion toastie, popcorn, crisp or fruit and a small or medium hot drink from the full menu.
