A 4×4 road rage driver is being hunted by police after they rammed into the back of a car on A14 then smashed it with a weapon.
The incident happened on the westbound carriageway near the Hemingfords.
The road rager drove into the rear of the victim's car before both vehicles came off the A14 and stopped.
It was them the driver of the 4×4 got out of the vehicle and used an unidentified weapon to hit the victim's car door and wing mirror while acting aggressively. They then drove off.
A Cambridgeshire force spokesman said: "Police are investigating an incident reported to have happened on the westbound A14 near The Hemingfords at around 9.45pm on Wednesday, April 26, in which a car was rammed from behind by a second, 4×4 vehicle.
"When both vehicles turned off the main road and stopped, the driver of the 4×4 four-behaved aggressively, striking the car door and wing mirror with an object.
"The car-driver was able to drive back onto the A14 and report the incident to the police."
