Hair loss is just a part of life and one we need to simply deal with. Or is it? “From this study, it is concluded that jojoba essential oil possesses hair growth promotion activity,” the researchers finalised.

Numerous studies have found that peppermint oil helped increase hair growth by increasing the number of follicles and follicle depth.

To use peppermint oil as a hair loss treatment, mix two drops of the essential oil with a carrier oil of your choice.

Massage the oil into the scalp and leave it on for five minutes before washing it out thoroughly with a shampoo and conditioner.

The cool, tingling feeling will help stimulate hair follicles and leave your hair smelling a fresh, minty aroma.
